Terms of Service

Provider: Lynex Solutions Ltd, trading as LYNEX. Client: the business named on the invoice. These terms apply when you pay for the Service. Browsing this site or booking a 20-minute call does not make you a client.

What you buy

GBP only. Core: £495 setup and £495 per month — new-lead response, qualification and booking. Growth: £995 setup and £995 per month — Core plus recovery of existing opportunities we agree in writing. Custom: from £2,000–£3,000 implementation and from £2,000 per month — the same revenue system at higher volume or complexity. Setup is paid before we start the build. Monthly billing starts on go-live. VAT is added only if we are VAT registered and say so on the invoice.

Implementation

We do not start the build until setup has cleared. Standard implementation is about 7–10 business days after we have what we asked for. Go-live is agreed with you. You choose which inbound lines and hours go onto the system, and when.

Recovery and lists

We will not send marketing or recovery messages on a list without a lawful basis you confirm. You warrant the list is yours to use. Transactional messages are part of the Service.

Cancel, liability, law

No minimum term unless a Custom order says otherwise. Email to cancel; the month already paid runs to the next billing date. We do not promise a full diary or a number of bookings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is the fees you paid us in that period. England and Wales. Questions: louie@lynexsolutions.co.uk.
